ユニセフ（国連児童基金）と世界保健機関（WHO）は、7月15日に発表予定の最新の国別予防接種率推計について、報道関係者の皆さま向けに情報解禁前のオンライン記者会見を、以下のとおり開催いたします。

■概要
ユニセフとWHOは、世界195カ国、14種類のワクチンを対象とした、小児予防接種に関する世界最大のデータセットである国別予防接種率推計の最新データを、日本時間の2025年7月15日（火）09：01（グリニッジ標準時同日00:01／中央欧州夏時間同日02:01）に発表します。
発表前日に開催する本記者会見では、報道関係者の皆さまに当該データを提供いたします。また、WHOとユニセフの専門家が、新たな推計値を基に、命を守るワクチンをすべての子どもに届け、予防接種アジェンダ2030（IA2030）のような目標を達成するための各国の取り組みについて、解説します。
本会見には、Gaviワクチンアライアンスも参加し、Gaviが支援する低所得国における予防接種の進展と格差について説明します。

Embargoed virtual press conference on the WHO/UNICEF estimates on national child immunization coverage

・What: WHO/UNICEF estimates on national childhood immunization coverage
・Why: WHO and UNICEF are gearing up to release the latest Estimates of National Immunization Coverage (WUENIC) – the world’s largest dataset on childhood immunization, covering 14 vaccines across 195 countries.
This embargoed press briefing, held one day before the public launch, will provide early access to the data. WHO and UNICEF experts will explain what the new estimates indicate about country efforts toward reaching every child with life-saving vaccines and meeting goals, such as those set by the Immunization Agenda 2030 (IA2030).
Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, will also join the press briefing to add perspective on immunization gains and gaps in the lower-income countries it supports.
